Ingredients
Scale
- For the Crust:
- 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- For the Cream Cheese Spread:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- For the Toppings:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto an ungreased baking sheet to form a rectangular crust. Pinch the seams together to seal.
- Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- While the crust cools, prepare the cream cheese spread. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the chopped vegetables. Press the toppings lightly into the cream cheese layer to help them stick.
