Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crust:
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • For the Cream Cheese Spread:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • For the Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto an ungreased baking sheet to form a rectangular crust. Pinch the seams together to seal.
  2. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  3. While the crust cools, prepare the cream cheese spread. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the chopped vegetables. Press the toppings lightly into the cream cheese layer to help them stick.
  6. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
