- ½ cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.

Melt Butter and Chocolate:

-
Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mashed bananas to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Pour the melted butter and chocolate mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
-
Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Cool and Serve:
