Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Melt Butter and Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and chopped dark chocolate. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
    • Add the vanilla extract and mashed bananas to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
