  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In the prepared baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, chopped bell peppers, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
