- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and cheddar cheese to form the biscuit batter.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit batter evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
