  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Cooking spray or additional oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
