- 12 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the dry rub ingredients.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss again to ensure all sides are coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
