- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
