  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 package (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, combine Velveeta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked sausage, diced tomatoes with green chilies, jalapeños, and red onion. Mix well.
