- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 package (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine Velveeta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in cooked sausage, diced tomatoes with green chilies, jalapeños, and red onion. Mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Garnish with cilantro, if desired, and serve warm.
