  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. Arrange the mushroom caps on the prepared baking sheet.
