  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 12 tsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into four rectangles, pressing the seams together.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each crescent rectangle.
  5. Fold each rectangle over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
