- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick. You can use a mandoline slicer for consistent thickness.
- Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the slices evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the zucchini slices and toss again to coat.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
