- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8–10 uncooked lasagna noodles
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce and water.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of meat sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender and cooked through.
