- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
- Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes, then peel the shells.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks, placing them in a small mixing bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix until creamy.
