  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture and stir for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream, cooking until thickened.
