- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
- In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and cornmeal.
- Dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
