  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruit cocktail, sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, and halved grapes. Add shredded coconut and nuts, if using.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey (if using), and lime juice until smooth.
