- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for extra protein)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruit cocktail, sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, and halved grapes. Add shredded coconut and nuts, if using.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey (if using), and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or individual cups. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
