These Garlic and Herb Cheese Bombs are your ultimate appetizer solution. Gooey cheese stuffed into buttery biscuit dough, flavored with garlic and herbs, baked to golden perfection—this recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the top of each dough ball.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the bombs.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
