- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
