- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Pour in the chicken broth and top with cubed cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with forks, and return it to the crockpot.
