- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
