- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 12×8 inches.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mini pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce.
- Starting from one of the longer sides, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
