  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 12×8 inches.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mini pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce.
  5. Starting from one of the longer sides, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
