Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Batter:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
    • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
    • Stir in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until well combined.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients:
