  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  5. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
