- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or apricot jam (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cookie dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each cooled cookie.
- Top the cookies with an assortment of fresh fruit, arranging them in a colorful pattern.
- Optional: Warm honey or apricot jam slightly and brush over the fruit for a shiny glaze.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
