- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, brown sugar, peanut butter, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
