- 1 whole turkey breast (about 5–6 pounds), thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, and minced garlic.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring even coverage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up, and pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for about 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For crispy skin, remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of roasting.
- Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with pan drippings or your favorite gravy.
