  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring even coverage. Season with salt and pepper.
