- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a large trifle bowl or clear glass dish, layer the chopped lettuce as the base.
- Add the thawed peas evenly over the lettuce layer.
- Spread the chopped red onion over the peas, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese layer.
