  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  4. Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips, followed by black beans, diced onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Serve immediately.
