Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
