  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spread a thin layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  4. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, cooked rice, crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  7. In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with extra sour cream and salsa on the side.
