- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cooked rice
- ½ cup crushed tortilla chips
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped lettuce
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a thin layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
- Add a scoop of seasoned beef, cooked rice, crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle with sour cream and top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a burrito.
- In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra sour cream and salsa on the side.
