- 1/4 cup diced fresh strawberries

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Fold in the diced strawberries gently to maintain their shape.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, give the oats a good stir, top with additional strawberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
