  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Peel the baked potatoes and mash them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread half of the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
